Agreement
Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law before licence activation, download or installation service completion. Customers must keep account credentials secure and may not redistribute, reverse engineer or bypass licensing controls.
Support and availability
Monthly support and updates require an active subscription. Owned licences include one year of support and updates. Lifetime packages include updates forever and three years of support. Services also depend on compatible hosting, HTTPS, configured integrations and third-party providers.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
